- Passed 10+2 with (Intermediate)/ Equivalent exam Maths, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks and 50% marks in English.

- Passed 3 years diploma course in engineering in any stream from a government polytechnic college with 50% marks and 50% marks in English Diploma.
- The minimum height is prescribed for Air Force is 162.5cm.
- Candidate must be Physically fit according to the Physical Standard.
